What we collect

When you email or text us, we get the address or phone you use, your message, and basic delivery logs (time, carrier status). If you hire us, we may keep business name, Google Business Profile links, and job notes you share so we can run review follow-up and profile care.

How we use it

We use that information to reply, deliver SteadyRank services (including SMS after a closed job when you ask us to), improve the offer, and meet legal or carrier rules. We do not sell your contact list.

Texts

If you text with us or opt into our review follow-up texts, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to end texts; HELP for help. Carrier rates may apply. We keep SMS logs as needed for delivery and compliance.

Sharing

We use processors that help us operate (email, hosting, SMS). They only get what they need to do that job. We may share information if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep records while they are useful for the service or required by law, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

Email hello@steady-rank.com to ask what we have, correct it, or delete it where we can. For texts, STOP works anytime.
